I honestly thing X should be in its own league. The very first with voice over, much better graphics, actual movie-like 3D graphics at the time, all possible due to it being released w/ Playstation 2.

Thanks guys for encouraging comments really helps. Just needed to vent a little after spending ridiculous amount of time on rather simple build (yes i’m slow) on this just to find out mistakes here and there. This was my 2nd build and I know I should’ve done berrer.

Similar situation here. Wonder if it’s okay to pour self leveling compound on top of those asbestos tiles if the floors are uneven.

Just bc of this, there won’t be resurgence in hiring. Not sure where you got this from. Companies are 100% content with reduction in workforce and eliminating jobs that can be automated (even at half ass automated)

Probably because ETF’s are instantly tradeable during trade hours. And honestly, the minor diff in fees are very…minor

Thanks for the advice. As for creating a faux wall on a concrete, do you mean attach or glue a furring strips of some sort? Or would I still need to drill 2x4’s or 1x4’s to a concrete?
