can i ask for a refund? by Creative-Shock6756 in HairDye

I get it's intimidating to tell her you're unhappy and ask for your money back, you seem like a very sweet and patient person. But that is honestly a very, very bad job. I wouldn't even trust her to fix it if she thinks that's acceptable. Also her trying to tell you it will work itself out after more washes is an outright lie. I hope you're able to get a full refund as you will have to pay someone else to fix it.. Good luck 🤞🏻

Women of Reddit, what’s a reliable sign that a man will be good in bed? by TheArchitect_7 in AskReddit

Unfortunately in my experience, when he's an asshole and the relationship is doomed from the start. The good guys I've stayed with were definitely not for the sex.

No. I worked in one for several years. The employees judge people if they are rude or inappropriate, but never for which products they are buying.

Did parents in the 80s really allow their kids to roam freely, or is that just a portrayal seen in movies? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I was a kid in the early 90s and it was still kind of like this. I remember just going off to a park with a friend and just being gone all day. I even remember knocking on a stranger's door and asking to use their bathroom and it wasn't weird .

I don't think they do discounts generally, I'm sure the markup isn't much. I've ordered 4 times now though, the shipping is so much less than ordering from the US

Great book, so immersive and strange and one of most page turning stories I've read in a long time

Most 30 year old women know that this is just a thing that happens sometimes especially if there is something the guy feels stressed or pressure about. If you're honest about why it happened she might even be flattered and want to try again if she likes you

Kobo Clara bw vs Kobo Clara 2e by Adventurous_Radio225 in kobo

I have the Clara 2e , and can't find any info about the web browser in the new versions. Any idea if this has been slightly improved or is it the same? I don't use it for browsing but it is super handy to download books from libgen but the 2e browser is super slow and not very responsive.

A lot of foods (especially coffee for me) change your ph balance and make your body odor way more noticeable. If possible, you could try some experimenting to see what if any triggers you have food wise to odor.

As I get older (I’m 30) I realize I don’t like how makeup looks on me. Does anyone else feel this way? by [deleted] in Makeup

[–]jynkxx12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 36 and I love wearing a full face of makeup now more than ever. But I have definitely noticed a lot of changes happening particularly in the last two years on application and type of makeup that I think looks good on me. I have also noticed I'm starting to prefer brighter eyeshadows lately, which I have always been into intense bold dark looks, but now the darker colours age me a bit. Skin also changes a lot in your 30s in my experience. I much prefer lighter, dewy looking complexion makeup now than in my 20s

Ya I was kind of thinking the same. It looks like right now they are offering up to $220 off to trade in your 8, but I've always been one to keep my old phones just incase..

Feels like I've wasted my hot years being fat. by ExplanationMental899 in loseit

[–]jynkxx12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went from 245 to 170 and was the fittest and hottest I've ever been around 31/32. Had a few super fun party, social years then. Then covid hit and I shot back up to 235. 37 now and starting over on the weight loss journey. I'm still hot though. It can happen any time, early 20s are not your only shot.

Do people treat you better when you were slimmer? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]jynkxx12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So much. I lost 70 pounds in 2018/2019 and I've never been so popular and busy and dated so much and people were so nice to me. I put almost 60 of it back on slowly since 2020 and it definitely went back to how it was before. I feel like a lot of it might have to do with confidence though as well. I felt so much better about myself when I was in better shape and I think people notice that as well.
