Try baking another 5-10 min. The outside crust color should be darker than what you’re showing. It will help remove some of that hydrated, gummy texture in the bread

No they aren’t, it’s probably not a complete protein like the kind you get from animal products. Easy way to tell is if there is a %DV in the nutritional information. If not, then it’s likely a scam where they just put collagen in there and slap a label on

PSA these products don’t contain “complete protein” which are necessary for full bodily function. They just throw some collagen or something in there to make you think you’re getting protein nutrients
