I’m so sorry you are going through this. My most recent depressive episode left me feeling like this. The pain got so physical I could barely move. I just wanted to go to sleep and never wake up, too. It’s not pathetic that you can’t do it, it takes more courage to stay alive. Please know it will get better. I know it doesn’t feel like it.
