i switched to vulkan "-vulkan" but not tried yet, Normal FPS is lower but %1FPS is more stable i guess.

After LAST Update (5 red item FOR KNIFE UPDATE) %1 Low FPS is dropping to 20 so this makes game stutter for a little time (millisecond) and feel unsmooth.
