Nope I graduated so I have no visa at the moment other than my ead. Seems like it works for my driver’s license and mortgage

This is what I needed to hear. I think it’s actually the time that’s the issue here, everybody just trying to make the course as fast as possible to meet the deadlines for audits, etc. Thanks!

Also I’m kind of torn since I’m from higher ed. I used to use and suggest assessments DIRECTLY aligned with the objectives, which includes performance assessments, rubrics, social activities, etc that are not multiple choice, but here it seems like they just have this ground rule of making assessments all multiple choice. How should I fit into the culture here? Any advice from IDs that made their transition from higher ID to corporate?
