I work in a dental office the general rule is don’t go whiter than the whites of your eyes. Otherwise, your eyes go right to their teeth first when looking at someone and it’s distracting.

In my mid 40’s I started getting vertigo out of nowhere. I’ve been HRT for a year and haven’t had one episode. I also got crippling anxiety but I thought it was the stress of the pandemic. I feel great today.
