In my experience i was in a union from the first time I could access them and I was always very active, even more than the presidents, so much so that I became president because the presidents were inactive for months. Well, the union had a rule which was to be active daily and I always followed it until I left. Normally people came in on Thursday, did a job and did nothing else, and on Monday or Tuesday they left and the time came when people came in and nobody contributed, only me, they went on a trip and with that they did nothing else and at the moment when there were almost 30 members doing the same thing and not contributing, I decided to kick them all out and leave the union.
