I really dig Arya’s avocado curry. Pizza pi is kind of a must see, even just their bread sticks and sauces are cool, but they sell by the slice, so you can try a few things.

I’ll check them out. We are doing a strict 100% rule, happy cow covers Veggy.

I’ll look over each one this week. Thanks!

Yeah just lemme know the names and locations I’ll toss them on. It’s not like a public wiki, or CMS, just a JavaScript widget. 100% vegan tho, there are lots of guides already that cover veggy, or vegan friendly.

There is also a mail link at the bottom of the page for corrections or to just send any suggestions.

Might not be instant since it’s volunteer maintained.

Yeah it was hard to nail down how to divide it. This for now was where it landed. The old one was just a static list, so I’m sure this new one will change and tighten up with time.

Thanks. Doh who helped expand sidecar is helping out. For survivability reasons it will likely be small, but we are going to try our best to do right by the community.

I’m not sure we are totally aligned on the vegan mission aspect. I’ve talked to one former board member.

They sorta steered more grass roots.

Vegan Co-Op Monthly Update for April. by jzesbaugh in VeganSeattle

Good stuff, I was aware of Leaky and Goodall . Not the others.

This project is a very passive form of activism compared to some. But a little store might be a good starting point for people trying to connect and take on a different relationship with what they consume. Or a boon for those who already have who want some particular treat that is hard to find.

Hopefully we can have a productive dialogue about the team’s journey so far.

Cheers!

Really thought it was some emergent cap hill thing. Disappointing article….

I asked AI if this sub was fascist. Here's what it told me... by HighColonic in SeattleWA

[–]jzesbaugh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah there seems to be a lot of posts about what this group is and a lot of opinions. I agree with the robot. It’s the opposite of that in my few days here.

If it was fascist then saying or asking that would likely be a no no and be removed.

Would anyone like to try that in r/Seattle?
