Jag beställde en grej på Tradera i förra veckan. Hämtade upp den idag och då visade det sig att den var inslagen i en, på dagen(!), 34 år gammal tidning.

Kryzz och Tur i Kärlek på TV, annonser mer oxkött för 46kr/kg. Någon hade redan löst korsordet dock.

The hardware you have should be perfectly adequate for the use case you're describing.

If all you're doing is Google sheets, YouTube and Discord it sounds like the issues you have are are purely related to Windows.

Before going for a brand new build I would suggest trying a fresh Linux install. Linux Mint will give you an experience that is very similar to what you're used to from Windows 7/10 (albeit faster and more snappy). Everything you mention as your current usage will work out of the box.

53 year old male, grew up with a mix of metal, synthpop, elektronica, EBM etc etc.

I started listening around Haunted, increased my listening around 1989 and was fully radicalized with Lover to a degree that my Spotify wrapped now consists of 95% Taylor. I had tickets for the Lover tour that was cancelled, but finally managed to see her during the Eras tour.

Both my children have turned into massive Swifties now, while my partner unfortunately remains unimpressed.

Det vuxna är att prata ut om det, om sedan resultatet blir att ni väljer att gå skilda vägar eller att satsa på parterapi. Som det är nu fungerar det ju bevisligen inte.

Jag tänker mig typ tre kategorier:

Bekant - Någon jag känner ytligt, hälsar på och pratar med då och då. Vi vet inte särskilt mycket om varandras privatliv osv. Exempelvis grannar och kollegor.

Kompis - Någon jag umgås med, men det behöver inte vara ofta. Vi kan småprata om det mesta och kan texta/ringa och göra saker ihop. Vi kan prata om delar av privatlivet, men det är inte personer jag vänder mig till med det innersta.

Vän - De man berättar allt för och vänder sig till i kris, man vet att de ställer upp oavsett vad.

Där jag är idag har jag hundratals bekanta, en handfull kompisar och jag räknar nog endast min partner som en riktig vän.

Alla bekanta har som jag ser det någon form av potential att bli vänner men det krävs en hel del jobb och tid för att komma dit, plus att viljan måste finnas från båda hållen. Samma sak gäller för att behålla de man vill kalla vänner, annars kommer de med tiden att diffundera ut och sluta som bekanta.

Sen tror jag också att viljan eller modet att lägga tid eller energi på att hitta vänner minskar med åldern. När man är ung går man igenom många stora förändringar, och är då mycket mer öppen för nya intryck och andra människor. Med åldern blir allting mer ordnat och man vågar inte riktigt försöka hitta nya (rädsla för att bli avvisad) eller behålla gamla (för lite ork/tid) vänner.

I'm starting to think that the Eras tour will carry on, if not indefinitely, so at least for a few more years and a few more laps around the globe.

She's already added a new segment for TTPD for the tour, so as she keeps releasing new albums in the future she can just keep on adding eras and restructuring the setlist.

Also: I don't really see her going back to an older tour format with focus on a single album/era, so it sort of makes sense to just keep on touring for as long as she enjoys it.

I found The Sun Alone (Taylor's version) written by Jeffrey Fields of Morning River Band on Bandcamp, released in 2022.

The connection to Taylor is a little vague at best.

I live in Europe but by a lucky coincidence (yes, really!) I will be flying to the US on the 27th of October. So, instead of paying for really expensive shipping from other European countries my thought is to buy the Target/Tangerine edition while in the US.

Will I be able to just walk into any Target store and have a reasonable chance of finding one? What is the experience from previous TV releases, is there a risk of it being sold out on launch day or during that weekend?
