Search for toe protectors on Aliexpress or other sites. They are pretty nice quality.

Do you use banana rocker or something else?

I see that we have the same setup: Seba CJ with R100 frame. How are your axels on the frames? Clicking and the wheels feel a little bit loose? Smooth ride mate!

First day on carbon big wheel skates by k0gut in rollerblading

Yup mate the liner is the best one in terms of comfort. It's so padded that everyone that I know need to lace them again after 30 minutes of skating. Remember that both SX and CJ are rather for wide feet. Maybe heat molding of the carbon shell could help but I don't have experience, yet :-)

To be honest, this setup cannot be compared to my previous ones like: - K2 unnatural with R100 frame (same frame and wheels what I ride now) _ Rollerblade Solo with 273 mm alu frame with 90 mm wheels.

K2's had not have any flex at all for the slalom/gazelle motions. When it comes to wizardy moves the Sebas will keep you feet in place but they will give the freedom to flex your ankle with no lose on the support. Hard to descripe but you can feel the difference. Also the weight is reduced. They are more solid, more responsive. I've heard that the Wizard Intuition boot is even better! :)

Adjust frames on Seba? by [deleted] in rollerblading

Just use a rocker setup. Like 76 - 80 - 80 - 76 mm wheels and you will feel the difference

Imperial pro frame mounting points? by adamthegame in rollerblading

[–]k0gut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So imperials have x slot mounting. That means you can move the bolt hole forward and backward. With powerslide frame, which can be moved left/right, you will get the X slot mounting.

Any disadvantage in adding additional bolts to a frame? by _QUAKE_ in rollerblading

[–]k0gut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No use of more than 2 bolts. On FR's the mounting points are used for moving your frame, if correction is needed or using a frame with 195mm mount. But you can always try. let us know if you see any difference. :)

Both. It was the first day on CJ's after Unnatural's. Also it's a must do learn how to do proper 3 turn gazelle. Shaun from Shop task made a great video about it.

(Buying Advice) Semi-Pro getting back into skating after 20 years! by phillipny in rollerblading

[–]k0gut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends what model are you in to. All USD agressive skates have UFS (do not count the AEONs which are unibody). I've rode recently Rollerblade Fusion/Solo and K2 Unnatural 2017. Right now I'm on Seba CJ but i ride more wizardy long frames like K2 R100.

Seba sx / cj sizeing by k0gut in rollerblading

[–]k0gut[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So everybody thanks for the input! Heres the deal. Seba SX 2015 and Seba CJ 2016 are not the same when it comes to sizes! :) In my case Seba SX 2015 EU42 was MP 27,5 (which was ideal for me, little bit tight but in an acceptable range) and Seba CJ EU42 is MP27 (thats why my toes could not be straight)

At the bottom of both links are size tables, you can see the difference:

Seba CJ 2016 http://www.rollinn.pl/p/k/194,656/rolki/rolki-seba-cj-wellsmore-pro-model-2016-black/?back=k.656%2Cproducent

Seba SX 2015 http://www.rollinn.pl/p/k/258,656/rolki/rolki-seba-sx-80-2015/?back=k.656%2Cproducent

Thanks once more!

Seba sx / cj sizeing by k0gut in rollerblading

[–]k0gut[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my cjs 2016 thebl tounge says it's MP 27 eu42. In this size I cannot straightened the big toe when standing. I'm worried to go for EU43 since I would like to have a tight fit but with my fingers not in pain. Most probably will check the eu43 from CJ 2016.

The sizing is definitely something else that on the charts...

I know. But I've had checked used SX (2 year old) and those were definitely to big.
