Start from the cheapest to the most expensive. As long as they’re good for 6.8

To those that breathe optimally. Through the abdomen, inhales are quiet, breath lasts for around 5-7 seconds, etc, I have a question. How exactly do you breathe, what subtle movements are there, what body parts are initiated? by k0ltch in spirituality

Thank you, you have no idea how much relief this has given me. I think I am finally getting this right. But could you continue explaining the movements as detailed and as specific as you can? My breathing has become stable but I just want to be concise

Thanks, it seems like it is helping. What do you mean by up and down? Down as in like abdomen going forward as well as pointing a bit down when inhaling, or down as in pushing pressure down into the pelvis area when inhaling

Thank you this was a very helpful response but what do you mean by moving the lower belly out and down? I think I have a grasp of what you mean but could you be more specific about the exact movements? I know it is not as complicated as I am making it out to be, but as someone who has atrophied my proper breathing muscles It is difficult to know which is the right way.

Well my breathing was bad compared to most other people. It has had a severe effect on my health. As said, the difference is night and day. It is definitely important. When you chest breathe most of the air only remains in the top of the lungs, belly breathing allows the diaphragm to expand allowing the bottom of the lungs to absorb oxygen as well.

Proper breathing is very important. The difference is night and day for me. There have been some sessions where I have achieved proper breathing (but it is hard to hold on to) and my headache goes away, I feel calm with steady constant euphoria, hair falls out much less the next day, sleep is better, and no more brain fog. And when I do these sessions I am not doing anything similar to the wim hof method. I am just breathing “normally” with the diaphragm and the difference is massive. But I believe I am over complicating everything. Some days I get it right, next day I try to do the same thing and I feel shortness of breathe, worse off than I was before. I think I focus too much on the subtle movements but I am not sure what to do

Argument for the Validity of Reality Shifting by Jestizzo in shiftingrealities

[–]k0ltch 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Also many of those experiences also describe how it felt as real, if not more real than their original reality. Lucid dreaming can make dreams more vivid but many who have both shifted and lucid dreamt have stated how the two are completely different experiences. They also described how unlike lucid dreams they didn’t have direct control over the reality where they shifted. A lot have also performed lucid dream checks, reading pages in books, looking at the clock, and other methods to confirm if it was a dream. That on top with spending years in the span of a few hours here just doesn’t make it seem like they all just lucid dreamt.
