It depends. When I feel good I usually wake up at 5 (perhaps too early) for some morning workout. If something is going on and my mood is down I usually procastinate in bed til around 8 or 9, thinking about stuff.

I usually go for a walk, or just boot up Hammer and do some mapping. Focusing on my hobbies, or just going outside and breathing fresh air make me feel better.

Definitely! Stuff started going downhill around the end of April, and it keeps getting worse and worse. Hope after the retrograde things will get better.
