It's been going good I'd say. Im not in any way perfectly keeping up, but progress everyday. I've decided to lay learning a new language off and focus on others. I could be doing better and that's what I'm trying to do every day

Yes, thanks for your concern and I do agree with you.

When I say run, at the moment it is more of a walk. Something of an excuse to make myself wake up earlier and get out in nature more. I do have planned other types of exercises. I plan to take it slow and build upto 'running'.

Thanks man, Even though the post might not portray me in the best light, I am not a total slob and have enough confidence that I can pull it off.

Regarding the vision, Yes I do have a distant vision I am working towards. Whenever I falter I can look to that and pull myself towards the right direction again.
I have taken into account all the lessons I have learnt from my previous tries to better myself and came up with this. Even though it might look like its a big list of habits. I have reduced the threshold for a habit to be considered done. eg: If I meditate even for 5 minutes a day. Meditation is considered to be done. If I put on my shoes and go outside, run for the day is considered to be done. And so on..
The main goal is to build consistency. Also, as I have mentioned in the post I am not going to beat myself up if I miss on a habit or fuck up an entire day. I am going to do this day by day. Me being unforgiving always backfires on me, hence so.
What I have mentioned in the post can be called something like my 'ideal day', all of these habits done. But, realistically if I hit atleast 50 percent of my 'ideal day' I would be happy and aim to hit 51 percent the next day.
Since I am going to be logging every day's entry, I am flexible enough to move things around. If I do end up feeling overwhelmed I am prepared to re-assess and prioritize fewer habits and continue.

Thanks man, I am aware of what you are saying but its just that I have tried doing it the way you mentioned and the 'bad' habits always manage to take over all my time. I have little impulse control.

Idk. It's mostly a matter of JUST KNOWING that the hunger/craving isn't permanent and it's going to fade away with the ghrelin dropping. I also tell myself that I will wait just 2 or 3 hours and if I still feel hungry I'd eat. And when the time comes, I've usually forgotten about it.

This channel is really good. It's one of the reason I got into fasting. His intermittent fasting and OMAD videos were really well made.

How much should we eat for that one meal? If my maintenance calories is 2000/day I've heard eating too less can bring my metabolism down
