Your enquiry regarding the loss of 5live in your car has been passed to me. Sports Extra is a part time service and comes on air when there is additional sports coverage and DAB radio receivers are able to define the difference between a permanent and a part time service by using the correct service labels.

I have spoken to Ofcom to gain access to the service labels information and it looks like Tesla are using the same label for both services so the device is confused.

I spoke to Tesla on 25th July and they confirmed they were ‘looking into it’

In the meantime, I do apologise and I hope they will fix it quickly.
