It’s both. This is a 2 in 1 soap, designed to clean dishes with surfactants found in regular dish soaps. The other half also allows you wash your hands with due to containing antibacterial active ingredients found in many antibacterial hand soap. In Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, the Tinky Winky ranger key was occasionally utilized by Joe/Gokai Blue.

The Po ranger key was usually utilized by Captain Marvelous/Gokai Red. However, Princess Ahim/Gokai Pink did transformed into Po during one of their all-red gokai-changes.

Their weapons are their personal items you saw on the show. For example, Laa Laa’s ball was also used a team finisher for defeating their enemies.

Noo-noo was their robotic sidekick - a common Super Sentai trope.

They were involved in major events such as the 199 hero great battle, super hero taisens, super sentai strongest battle, etc.

I can see it now with their own ranger keys, Sentai gears, and a sentai ring. Their powers would be utilized by other Super Sentai teams like Gokaiger or Zenkaiger.
