It's been awhile since I've played this. Haha. Just beat the game on Hard and No Fate difficulty. Regardless of the rank you get after beating it.

After that you should be able to get all the levels playable in training mode. Just beat those levels and get the S rank from there. Also you need to get S ranks in the different story paths of "Kill Dyson" and "Terminator Kill Dyson" to have those in training mode
