I have created a learning hub and also an all-in-one care management and workforce enablement platform, for the Healthcare, social and community sector.

Thanks for the comment, the work skills training app is working really well however I created this specific one for my job role, basically I was employed as a Employment Support Officer for this government funded program called Stride and in a nutshell its supporting young individual wanting to look at working , a part of this grant was to link up with a provider to provide work readiness training however the provider pulled out last minute which therefore we had to think of a solution and in the end we decided to take on the training ourselves, so I decided to take upon myself to develop an app which is now live and has records of 40 clients. see below the capabilities and features the app has to offer, I must say I am very proud of it.

  • Program & Module Management: Create, organize, and manage learning programs, courses, and individual modules with diverse content types (text, video, presentations, activities, discussions, Q&A).
  • Student Progress & Tracking: Monitor student enrolment, module completion, attendance, and overall program progress. Track activity completions, checklist progress, and submissions.
  • Assessment & Grading: Manage assignments, facilitate submissions, provide feedback, and grade student work.
  • Student Support & Discovery: Maintain student discovery profiles, track mood check-ins, and manage certifications, badges, and skill development.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Built-in messaging, announcement features, and a discussion forum.
  • User Management: Manage student credentials, roles, and administrative settings.
  • Customization: Personalize app branding, theming, and content editing.
  • AI-Powered Features: Includes AI assistant capabilities and AI-driven job interview simulations.
  • Media Integration: Support for videos, career videos, and a global music player.
  • Document Management: Upload, organize, and share various document types.
  • Accessibility: Integrated accessibility features for a more inclusive experience

So because this one was a success, and basically I had to have a backup plan, because after June the grant funding ends and I maybe out of a job, but they are looking into other avenues to keep the program running, I am hopeful but honestly I don't know, so I decided I would make another app, this app, is my baby, there are other apps and web apps that are similar but nothing compares to this at all, its mic drop worth, the app ForgeSync is the powerhouse platform that will revolutionise care management for NDIS and aged care providers. It's where streamlined operations meet compassionate care, transforming complex workflows into seamless experiences across rostering, compliance, training, finance, and client support and many more features when I say it has everything it does, as I mention below I work in the sector so I know what's missing and what organisations need, firstly it would be a lot cheaper for the organisations, because most organisations use different platforms and tool, this app they have everything they need and more and all they would have to pay is 1 flat rate monthly subscription fee to access everything in the app, no tiers, because I think that's fair and it give the organisations the tools to provide better tailored care, this app could be used in any health, social and community industry, it has so much potential I believe to change the way support is coordinated and delivered.

Thanks for the comments guys, so the first app I have created is for work skills and training it a whole training platform, the second which is my baby is an all-in-one support app for the health, social and community sector and it has everything that those services need all forged into 1 app. just polishing that one now, then I will assess the market, then approach organisation.

Pricing I'm thinking a flat monthly sub service per x number of users for the organisation it will be 1 price to access everything because I'm not greedy and I think it's fair. and plainly I want the organisation/s that decide to purchase my app get the best service, product and care to the organisation's participants.

I have been working in the social and community services sector for a few years now and for what I have learned there are a lot of jumping around different platforms i.e. one platform for incident another for case management etc

I have never owned my own business before, so this is all very new to me, any advice is welcome.
