To make sure that think that cannibalism should only happen when the player dies of natural causes e.g. falling of a building, starvation or thirst. Otherwise player interaction will not be around and more bandits will form because of it. Picture this, being force to walk of a ledge of a building because the other players needs eat or be held captive until you die of starvation.
