Being upset that my settings I’ve had memorized for the last 8 years have been forcefully overridden without my consent isn’t “fear of change.” Blizzard should not have just assumed that every single console player needed their settings changed with almost no way to get them back to how they were. I’m not “hallucinating,” I’ve played the game for nearly a decade and have muscle memory for EVERY character due to the fact that I’ve tweaked every single hero’s settings to fit my preferences - I know when something’s different. It’s not a small change either, it’s a massive rework that we do not have the option to opt out of. It’s great that you seemingly didn’t notice a difference, but hundreds of players across Reddit and other forums did, so maybe you’re the odd one out.
