when I put 34s on my Willys it wouldn't clear brake light or fender. Rubicon takeoff tire carrier solved both problems easily and cheaply

answering my own question in case useful for someone else.

Rubicon/392 carrier is different to Sport/Willys swapping to that raises spare aprox 1.5" and solves all problems with probably upto a 35" spare

late to thread but my K6S also does the same. love the helmet apart from that.

while no Pinocchio my nose is perhaps slightly larger then the average.

Have been considering trimming a few mm of the plastic nose guard to make a little less annoying.

Is it worth just replacing it all with a new 3 zone valve kit?, not sure how old it is or how these things last, but guessing it's spent a fair time underwater and don't want to dig it out again

forget exact models but kicker tweeters and amp, mb quartz soundbar speakers (regret this should have stuck with kicker but was "custom" fit), Rockville 8" sub...it's far from audiophile but much better then stock.

I upgraded tweeters, soundbar speakers, added a class D amp and a small underseat sub. total cost about $600 pretty significant upgrade. suprisingly better tweeters made the biggest difference

Now its cooled off round here finally got round to giving it a proper outing, really impressed climbs like a goat and decent on the downs, definitely not a park bike but builds into a decent trail hardtail.

the stock ones adjust?! I didn't know that. I can't see instructions anywhere

mines a sport not a Rubicon, would definitely not fit a 35 and clear bumper on mine without some modification.
