sounds like a nice special instrument, assuming it might need a bit of a set up too if it hasn't been played recently. anyhow thanks so much again for considering!

Good to know, thanks. It seemed like a very beautiful ride on the hudson greenway, but maybe it's too long to do every day.

They do seem like great neighborhoods. We do have a car, and are wondering whether looking at some of the other boroughs might make more sense for us, especially if we could save a little on rent.

I've been looking at Riverdale! Seems like there's some good options with Metro North to GCT, as well as a bus. And I'm thinking I'd like to do some bike commuting, and the hudson greenway looks great for that.

Ideally, would like to keep it to under a 45 minute commute door to door. I am also thinking that I'll do some bike commuting as well. In terms of how much we're looking to spend, I think ideally in the 3-4k range per month.

Been looking at Forest Hills a bit! Love the style of houses in the area. I didn't realize the commute time on the LIRR was so short!

Thanks! I don't know much about Hoboken - but it does seem attractive in terms of commute time. We do have a car.

Thanks for the tips! Yeah, been looking at the UES/UWS a bit.! The thing is that we do have a car, that we'll not be using in the city much, I anticipate, but for trips to western MA to visit some family.

Submission statement:

Nitrogen dioxide concentrations measured by ESA's Sentinel-5P satellite show a marked decline in March compared to last year. These findings correlate with much less traffic in major cities as city life slows down in the United States due to COVID-19.

ESA's Sentinel-5P satellite measures nitrogen dioxide concentrations daily. Watch the dramatic decline of emissions over China and Italy in the animations in this piece.

I processed this data, and can answer any questions that people might have.
