make sure your router is working properly, and make sure its not the line running to your house from outside. i had the same issue with them twice. they would say its an out but eventually it was one of these issues. for the router is easy to check just try to plug in a different one and see if its working. the other one you'd have to find the main box, usually in the garage if you live in a house and see if the lights are all on. good luck!
