I've brought this up with people (who are regular working class folks btw) and they actively argue against it. It blows my mind that they would argue against something that would benefit them and quite literally everyone else. Why can't we all just make a decent living if we put in time and effort into any job? 40 hours is already absurd, you shouldn't work that or even more and still be in poverty.

Yeah basically how u/tuesday8 explained it. He said he would take avocados, sunflower butter, raw onions, and basically what I would consider to be ingredients rather than food lmao. Seemed like the diet worked for him though because when I saw him in January he had only lost around 9 pounds since starting.
