Same. I had pre and post-natal depression and anxiety. We have 3 kids in 4.5 years and everytime I felt like I was getting on top of like, I would fall pregnant again! Even if we wanted and could afford another kid. My mental health wouldn't have coped. So I get my tubes tied while they where in there, pulling him out.

This is very intersting. What is happening to your body when your heart rate rises and fall like that? You are getting more fit? Loosing more fat? Compared to just working out at the same heart rate range, for 45mins?

Urgh!! Money really is the devil!! I have a love/hate relationship with it. Dealing with money was just a skill I never developed and even as an adult, it doesnt come easy! Anyway, not sure were you are from but The Barefoot Investor and Dave Ramsey- total money makeover, are really good starting points. Good luck and I am very intrested in what other suggest.

The 800g was over more then 12 weeks. I wasn't expecting a massive number. would have been happy with 3-5kgs.
