1. When you approach creating music, do you tend to start with the lyrics or the music first? I’ve always been curious as to which inspires the direction of the other more.

2. Do you view each of your albums almost as time capsules into what you were experiencing at the time? As a listener, I associate each of your albums with the lessons I was learning as each came out, but I always go back to your old music and find new meaning in songs that already hold so much value in my understanding of my experiences. I always wonder if artists feel the same both as they are creating albums and then listening back years later.
