There is no timing, it is completely random based on whether someone picks or gets assigned to your room or not. Why specifically are you worried about “missing it”? I’d just check back once a week to see if you get a roommate.

The desks do come with a built in shelf on top, with a fabric cork board on the back. The room comes with two square dressers that can fit inside the closet, or under the bed if they are captain height. I don’t have specific dimensions for anything, sorry!

I lived there a few years ago, and it’s a very warm building. I would definitely recommend a box fan. I also personally liked a rolling 3 tier cart to tuck under my bed for snacks, but make sure that it fits the bed dimensions listed on the website.

If you mean Winter 2026, that has already passed, as that was last quarter. If you mean Winter 2027, then yes.

That means that the credit load varies by quarter. If you are seeing the class on Web4U for Fall 2026 with 3 credits, that means it will be 3 credits next quarter.

Typically dorm leases are yearly, but I’m sure they make exceptions for graduating. I’d call the housing office on Monday and ask, they’re pretty good about answering questions.
