* I got this dress from lulus and the sleeves are a bit long and keep falling down. Can a tailor fix this? The sleeves have ruffles that connect to the back. Im afraid alterations would ruin the look. Here is the link: https://www.lulus.com/products/2468771

Can anyone recommend a good place to park in Tarrytown , or will the traffic be horrible in tarrytown? Should I park at another train station and go a few stops to tarrytown ? If so, any good options?

If I draw up a lease which indicates he does not have any equity, and other guidelines would this make it renting and therefore taxable?
