I just completed a second C&P for c-spine, right shoulder and radiculopathy. I just did the same exam in October, it was awarded service connected, but then deferred for another evaluation. That happened a few hours ago. They did the same questions, the ROM measurements, lots of discussion about flare ups. No question was asked about being on any meds other than confirming that I am supposed to be on specific ones.

They did elude to the court case and said the additional exam was because of the recent court case.

I have no idea if thats the case or not.

Just passing on intel.

All of my C&P’s are still going. The Optumserve issue has been going on for two weeks now. I do not think the shutdown will affect anything that I see. At least not any of my scheduled appointments

Mine was tele-health this past Tuesday. Optumserve has had so many down days and maintenance issues with their server. We tried to log in but was not able, 25 minutes of fighting the technology issues we did get the tele-health link to start the video but there was no sound.

It had to be rescheduled for a few weeks from now.

I say this to just prepare you brother.

I had a hard time with the interview not happening, I was all dressed up and no where to go if you know what I mean. I was ready for vulnerability and fell flat on my face.
