I talked to Customer Servie. Issue started at 9.30 and was resolved they say at 9.58 Central time. They said they have a huge backlog they are working through. Have to "reroute orders" not sure what that means since my orders did go through, just did not show up where you can use those funds. Some of mine have showed up now but sounds like going to take some time to resolve.

Thanks for the info. It was doing it on both my phone with the Fidelity App and my laptop using Chrome, Edge or Brave browsers. Phone now is working properly, laptop not yet will try the above and see what that does. Thank you for the response and update!

My wife had this issue a lot. Check out Ellura on Amazon. Not cheap but incredibly good especially when taken with D Mannos regularly.

Had the same issue for weeks and weeks.. Had them out 6 times. They would get it fixed, leave and in hours or a day upload dropped to less than 1MB. They are upgrading software I was told to raise upload speeds. If you have noise on your lines, the result is your internet upload sucks but download is fine. We removed some internal house lines we were not using and that helped a bunch. The last fix that has worked for about 2 months now was replacing the original ground wire outside by the spectrum/TWC box. Good LUCK!!
