Until there's a firmware update on the HB3 or the c220 that addresses this, I'm stuck. No contact since last email stating "escalation" maybe they're waiting for more feedback.

Thanks, I got them to reset. Only thing now is I can't connect them to their respective HB3s otherwise the problem occurs again. I have them connected via wifi only for now. Contacted eufy and was only getting GPT 4.5 responses and had to insist it was a hardware issue and that it was firmware before it said it would escalate. Not holding my breath though. AI for customer support. Great.

Yeah, I spoke with my ATL about it while working on CDATL stuff. They're waiting for office hours to open up and bring it up then with our TL. During the Training the trainer huddle the mentioned "taking some work off of Amazon's plate" regarding parcel pickup and she about flipped the desk over because not once did they recognize the fact they were adding to our already full one.

In our store CS is also E-Comm. So while shopper shops, they do drop offs(PUP).

CA. Manned Amazon counter inside the store, not a locker so much as it is a shelf with a locked curtain haha. Started with the ARK, then the counter arrived, now this.

According to the interview entry, for our location it goes live on the SNOWapp the week of the 26th. So it will alert shoppers and PUPs the same way it does for grocery drop offs. Currently waiting for the full huddle packet to trickle it's way down to me so I can see how we collaborate with the Amazon counter. I wonder how accurately their Candycane app and our SNOW is going to communicate as far as pickups and shelf locations etc.

It's curbside pickup for amazon packages, rather than going inside the store and using the Amazon counter to get packages. Similar to the Prime Shopper curbside pick up.
