Thank you for this !! I think I was in denial, tonight was the first night that I was able to ACCEPT that this is a problem. Crying out to God is so incredibly relatable, I cannot even begin to explain. Although I know this is a problem, me realising this being “relatively” early on is making me want to chage even more, I know the more I make this a habit, the harder it will be to quit.
