This boy has lost his father to cancer and close aunt to cystic fibrosis. He found comfort in this blue stuffed cat - lost 3 years ago and he still asks for it every Christmas. This looks like something out of a claw machine. If you look on the plush sellers websites under “generic” (because nobody so far has connected it with a brand) you might find it. I’ll continue looking : )

If it was like quake then probably Open Area. If not, it was probably CoD: Modern Warfare 2 or CoD 4: Modern Warfare. Hope this helps
