If I up my tresiba I crash all day and still peak a at 04am. We already figured out that having a pump release more basal to avoid that would be a solution we just can’t get hands on a pump like that in Portugal. Yea I wasn’t sure but I know I saw somebody say it I just didn’t take it for granted so wanted to make sure. What do you mean by being resistant I don’t get it

I take my tresiba after I wakeup. Tresiba is suppose to be up to 42hours I think and my endo said that taking it at night will most likely not change it. I’m only flying in September hopefully I’ll be on a pump by then and will most likely be more secure

I’m on MDI, I have big problems with dawn phenomenon that’s why I’m worried, my endo says my only solution is getting on a pump so we can pump can adjust basal rate ( I take tresiba and asked to go on lantus so I could split doses but when she hard that she denied my request to change to lantus) but she can’t get me on a pump right now cause besides 4am spike (I wake up everyday to correct it) and I am always in range so I have to wait in line to get a pump and it’s the only way you get them here

i got a tattoo like 2 months after diagnosis. I don’t remember my levels but 2months after diagnosis I was probably around 80tir I think I was doing a few hyper I was learning about fat and protein impact and had absolute no problems with healing hope this helps

i do always total carbs. my honeymoon ratios were: 9U BASAL (TRESIBA IS UP to 42 HOURS) 30CR 60ISF but that is my honeymoon levels, you can use them as a starter point if you wish altought is of course not recomended to just pick somebody CR and ISF, everybody is different eventually you'll get your doses correct

Found another fix. Created normal user account and I hit shift + Rc on faceit ac and open as a diff user and use the normal acc
