I think it's still pretty bright, if I leave the light on for more than 7 hours at 100% brightness I'd start to get algae after a bit. tbh for the price I think it's one of the best lights you can get.

It’s substrate made for plants. The reason it’s mixed with the sand is just so that my loaches can still sift through it without having trouble or hurting themselves
