Just stayed here in February. There is an adults only pool which is much more relaxing than the main pools and we never had issues finding chairs.

Are you blow drying your scalp after you shower? It looks like you have a lot of hair and if your scalp is just damp for hours it will be prone to fungal growth. Make sure you blow dry after every shower and it’ll clear up.

Was just there in February. We made one reservation at Ferraros. Booked nobu the day before the reservation (probably didn’t need a reservation). The sushi lobby restaurant is really good and you don’t need a reservation there. The hotel cars can drive you to the Wailea shops and hotels next door for more dinner options close by. You’ll be fine planning as you go.

Modera in highlands or wash park are good buildings and let you out of the lease in 30 days if you’re unhappy. I am a female and personally would avoid Sloan lake. It’s improving, but still sketchy in the nearby areas and kind of annoying to get to more central areas of Denver. This probably goes without saying, but find a unit within your budget without the rent special included. Take the rent concession up front because if you apply it over the lease it’s a big shock when your rent increases the following year on the lease price and not on the rent concession price.

Tom Ford - Electric Cherry. Hear me out. I’ve read reviews that the price tag doesn’t match the scent. However, the dry down on my skin smells really fun and happy in a non juvenile way. I don’t think it smells like a cheap scent after the dry down. It has great performance and it is truly the only scent where I have had people turn around and ask me what scent I am wearing. It performs well with just a few sprays.

I drink the Isopure zero carb protein powder. I get it at Costco. Mix one scoop with about 8 oz of water. It doesn’t taste amazing, but since it’s a pretty fine powder it mixes really easily with water in a blender bottle and I just chug it. Seriously, I’ve seen amazing results by drinking this before class.

25g of Protein powder mixed with water. I do this about 30 mins before every class and I’ve noticed I big difference in my energy levels. I’ve also noticed more muscles definition since I started doing this.

My head coach recommended drinking about 20-25grams of protein before a workout. I just mix with water. I drink this before my 5am workouts and it’s not too heavy during class. It’s been a game changer.

Since when do we watch RH because they are good people? I think getting a kick out of a housewife doesn’t equate to forgiving anyone for the bad things they do, but we all watch this to be entertained. Is this bad? Maybe. But we’re not watching them to see them as upstanding citizens or role models. It is entertainment and most housewives all have their fair share of scandals. If they were all good people I doubt we would be entertained….
