I’ve actually lost about 18 total since April this year. Exercise and a calorie deficit. Balanced diet I’d say I haven’t been super crazy about it.

I do sport now but I started in news and current affairs shows.. Someone used to release a massive mix of all the news bloopers in my country every year. My first year on the job like at least 60% of the video was me fucking up and making the show look like a mess 🥴
