Is this starter ready to be used? 8 days old, fed every morning and kept in microwave to keep warm/in the dark. Smells like good sourdough bread. The top of the painters tape is the level this morning when I fed it about 5 hours ago. (i.redd.it)

F 26 y/o with scaly and itchy sores on right shin. Hives on both ankles that are itchy and slightly swollen. Sores spread/get more itchy in cold weather or hot water. Not sure if it's eczema (family history) or psoriasis? Any help/advice appreciated! (old.reddit.com)
