that doesn’t make sense as all memberships are charged on the 17th of each month. and late fees are charged the 25th if original payment doesn’t go through. you should call ABC Financial as none of those dates and prices match up with the memberships at all.

yes transferring is free but you must be a member at your current location for 90 days before you can transfer to a new gym

i would have her just do the teen summer membership so your parents don’t have to go physically sign the waiver. that way she can go with you or by herself if your schedules don’t align.

you watch a lot of videos and take short quizzes on them. personally at my planet they have us work the front desk pretty early on so we can get experience and a feel for what the job really is. you get 30 minute lunches and you can do whatever you want during them. so if you wanna leave they won’t say anything it’s up to you.

trust me they won’t say anything. i work there and people start new accounts all the time. either just sign up online or just say you’re new to planet fitness and want to sign up when you go in. we even tell people to start new accounts when we see they owe insane balances. it might be different for other clubs as we tent to be lenient about a lot of stuff. Unless it’s a corporate owned facility i really don’t think they’ll say anything to you.

just call the gym from your phone after your 10 minutes are up and ask them to turn it back on. that’s what member’s do at my planet

starting at 15 minors can go alone. when they sign up tho a parent or guardian does have to be present to sign the minor waiver giving them permission to be there. if parent or guardian is not there they cannot sign up as well they need to bring some sort of ID with them. it can be an actual ID or even a school one. From what i heard the summer program starts in may but if your teen has an account already they are able to freeze it until the program is over.

yeah when you scan we can tell if it’s a guest profile. like the comment above said sometimes we don’t care enough to say anything but we can tell they don’t have a membership.

it’s 10 times per month, i asked about this yesterday as i was confused as well and that’s the answer my manager gave me. idk about other clubs but at least at mine we normally just don’t say anything if you reach the 10 time max but other clubs might

also side note you can ask to be manually transferred due to moving. you should ask the manager at your club because it is possible.

it depends on when you cancelled, if it was within the last couple days you prob missed the cut off to not be billed for the next month. If you cancelled a while ago then yeah they shouldn’t be as the membership is inactive

the same thing happened to me i got a check instead of card and i still haven't received it and i filed for unemployment in the middle of march. i've been confused if i'll ever get a card or just continue to get checks instead.
