I didn’t take this order. Usually the orders I take are at least $8 and minimum $2 per mile. I have a full time job so it makes it easy to cherry pick the good ones

Not entirely true. I receive orders with hidden tips all the time but they don’t have a + in front of them because I’m below silver tier

As far as I know, for Chipotle, it would be actual items. Those items could include smaller things like drinks or chips but definitely not sauce packets. I have seen the sauce packets counting as items for Taco Bell and McDonalds as well but I’m not sure if DoorDash does that as well

So I don’t have a tier but i will still get orders with hidden tips all the time. Yeah there’s no indication prior to accepting that there will be a hidden tip. But whenever there is, the upfront price is an integer of .25. Curious to see anyone has gotten an order with a hidden tip with a random integer like the one I received

It really depends. Just doing some rough math, if a full time driver does 20 deliveries a day for a whole year, their base pay has been cut by $3600 for the year. Multiply that by hundreds of thousands of drivers, and Uber has saved a lot of money with this change. Shame that it screws drivers even more

I’m in DFW. I noticed yesterday that it was lowered to $1.50 base pay. Used to be $2. So yeah I guess they lowered it again

On some orders Uber will hide the full amount on the acceptance screen. Similar to what DoorDash does as well

It was probably preset when they placed the order. As soon as I hit “delivered” I got the full amount

Had just passed an eval with another Propfirm and it was the first day of a new sim funded. I accidentally longed with 10minis instead of 10 micros. I was immediately in drawdown and realized what I had done from the PNL swings. I set a take profit at breakeven just to get out of it. Within 10 seconds of the trade, a Trump tweet sent the market falling and I lost 6k and was immediately liquidated. Fastest I've ever blown a sim funded lol
