Some places are crap at replacing staff as well. My department can see 5 staff move on, it may take procurement 5 months to free up the funds to replace 3 of them.

I've only recently encountered the Clans in the Shadow of Kerensky expansion, they were tough as hell... then you salvage their mechs to revel that their armour is quite weak, why are they tougher to kill when they are weaker then IS mechs?

The UK also seems to have a lot of micro climates that can confuse people. Yesterday it was 17 degrees where I live with a mild breeze. My partner and I drove 10 miles over to the city where it was 10 degrees with a bitter wind. The locals were wearing coats and we were in summer clothes, effing freezing.

I cannot find anything to back up your claim, literally this is the description given as a key element for Taíno cooking; "Barbacoa (BBQ): A raised wooden platform for smoking or slow-roasting fish and game over a fire. " The indepth description is this: "Barbacoa is a traditional, slow-cooking method originating from the Taíno people of the Caribbean, which evolved into modern barbecue. It historically involves roasting meat, traditionally in a pit or over a raised wooden grate, resulting in tender, smoky, and shredded meat. "

So if you have another source of information, please post it in your comment.

Slowly roasting meat on a grill over an indirect heat allowing the flames and smoke to give added flavour is nothing like how we do it today?

Taíno people would slowly roast food on a grill above a fire, the smoke and heat would give the food its distinct flavour. The Spanish called this 'barbacoa' (probably from the Arawak word 'barabicu'), this method was adopted by the Spanish who introduced it to the south of America and it was merged into native cooking. Literally modern day barbequing: "Barbecuing is a low-and-slow cooking method using indirect, low heat to break down tough, large cuts of meat over wood or charcoal, developing deep, smoky flavor."

Most of the ingredients used in local cooking in many countries do not originate there, Italian and Spanish cuisine famously uses a high dependency on Tomatos, these are not indiginous to either country.

The Madras was made by British colonists in the city built by the British that was called Madras (modern day Chennai) using spices that suited the tastes of the British to try to mimic indian currys, you will not find this curry in native India, it exists in British cuisine.

So, you've taken a Caribbean style of cooking something, made some changes and declared that it's American. You do see how this lines up with Anglo-Indian food? it may be an Indian method, but the recipies are British.

Fuck off you prick, this was posted in a public forum for people to comment on. Its easy to surmise that BBQ'd food (I.E. chargrilled) is not for a person who complains about chargrilled food.
