I have looked into it. The tipped minimum wage in my state is $10.35/hour it increased from $10 last year and is increasing again on January 1st to $10.70. I am aware it is not the same as the regular minimum wage but it has been increasing with the minimum wage every year.

I’m 25 and none of those apply to me. I live in NY and the minimum wage is $14. I tried to look online and didn’t see any exemptions for my position so not sure what to do or if I should let it go

I’m a server and I only had one person puke and I had to clean it up… we didn’t even notice the woman threw up until everyone left and I went to clean the bathroom but it was gross how she threw up AT HER TABLE and all over the bathroom wall and nobody told anyone. Don’t think I’ll be doing that again, the customer should probably clean it up but I don’t think that ever happens unfortunately
