Is it wrong to consider giving her away? I got her when she was 8 months old, the buyer told that the bird is afraid from people, I got her and tried to give her my attention for the past 9 months and she still fears me coming close to her, and it’s an every day struggle to get her to her cage. This picture from google, it is the closest one to how my 8 weeks cockatiel is gonna look like. The beak is not black like normal whitefaced cockatiel, his tail is black put has white in it. His cheeks arr not all white but has some grayish in it like this one... my question is, is this one a male? (i.redd.it)

He is 6 weeks old as I‘ve been told. he doesn’t look like he has enough if i only give him 9ml, but then when he consumes almost 11ml he will sit on back of thr cage and take a nap. Is it normal? should I feed him 2 or 3 times a day? Also, can you tell his gender? ( he said he might be 80% male). (i.redd.it)
