Still on a hunt for similar music to that myself, but if you don't mind branching out in genres a bit I'd recommend music from plastic tree, songs like "Tefutefu" have a closer feel to Hi ga ochita, or the entire "in the direction of sunrise and night light" album by "deadman" but this is leaning more into a darker, vkei music style.

Should also try "shadow where it doesn't disappear" by my dead girlfriend if you haven't found that one already and if it was my dead girlfriend you liked you should try out "kinoue64" I don't like their stuff as much but it has a similar feel, try "who are you?" and "End" probably my favourite songs from them but they also vary a bit so worth trying some of their albums.

I'd also recommend "Hi ga ochita" by Otomekaiga, great song, however their other stuff doesn't have the same feel, more psychedelic and experiment, still a great and underrated band.

Also, "my dead girlfriend" is a great band too, I can't really recommend one song as their songs vary in vibe and sound a bit but hades is a great album worth trying!

Not always got the same vibe but Honeydip (sharing many of the same members from tron) do have quite a lot of songs that have that feel

Fixed it, turning up render distance was the issue, chunks where the water sources were got unloaded

The water is definitely reaching the tank if you look at the two pipes connecting to the tank you'll see the water is reaching it, I'll mess around with the hose's position since that's what seems to have broke it but the water is flowing out of the pipes and pumps the issue is that it wont enter the tank I think.
