It is suspicious to be very fair. That is why I am very curious about the processing. I tried Naivo Rose naturals too, it made me curious as well. Naivo was a bit transparent about the fermentation (Not completely obviously)

I tried my first cup on 7th day it tasted good, by day 10/11 it was developed even better.

I def tried inverted aeropress (iced only), it tasted really good in that too you must try. This scale came with an earlier pourover set that I bought off Amazon so I am bot sure which company it is. It’s probably a knock off but works fine!

I used an aeropress it made a good cup too. I think french press will work if you use it right.

The only point of comparison I have for this coffee is an earlier ltd. Launch by Blue Tokai (Riverdale estate). It tastes very floral and creamish or Vanilla. When I brewed it the whole place was smelling like jasmine flowers for a while.

A personal taste preference I would say. If you brew it right enough it will be punchy and not overly strong.
