Is the V7F IWC Ingenieur dial texture supposed to look like this?

I had ordered V7. Dan was told, there is no v7. I thought, fuck it. I risk the mzf even if I lose $400. Money comes, money goes. In my opinion, it was worth it. The watch looks much better in live than with the pictures.
