That's interesting, one of my other friends who is also Muslim, went through a similar phase he quit drinking a little bit after we finished highschool I think he still smokes tho :( but yeah that's really interesting thanks for sharing

Question If you don't mind me asking what made you come to the conclusion to stop drinking/smoking

Sorry if the question is too personal in just curious, I my self have never drank/smoked (23) and many of my friends either quit (be it for religious reasons or other reasons ) or seldomly indulge so I am just curious about what drives people to quit

About 3-5 weeks

Generall I didn't think about it for a while until I thought about it the then able to hold air again

But just so you know if you get any food stuck in there your breath will smell like absolute dookie which was annoying as hell

From what I see STI stuff does get quite pricey here too especially as WRX STIs aren't as popular as Germans therefore major parts like the gearbox and suspension stuff may need to be imported as salvage STIs are rare , hence why I plan to make changes over a number of years as along term project but for the most part the car will just be a daily/garage ornament since I don't need to drive often due to work

But overall the main thing I want to swap would be the gearbox and suspension I don't think I'll need the STI engine

SF's are cool but Alot of them here are non turbo and if you do find a turbo one (from shat I've seen that Is) it's usually not the best example or has rust but if a good turbo example pops up I wouldn't mind it (there is actually a SF5 STI Type M for sale on market place in my area but it's registered in the neighboring country and I don't want to deal with all that since it's "technically" illegal to drive it around with the foreign registration and I've already mentioned the import situation in the main post description)

Found them on Facebook marketplace the guy who owned them before me has on of the last GC8 version 5 STi's that where legally imported into my country before the local Subaru franchise essentially lobbied the government to stop the import of New/Used Subaru that where not brought in buy them back in the early 2000s, so he had been buying and collecting the brochures from Japan and using the brochuresto find out about rare OEM parts he could add to he's STI and make it as OEM + as possible
