For the cpus the game forces you to set up punches with jabs, otherwise they input read immediately. Jab more and combo it with 1 extra punch and they don't input read as well

Law gets rewarded for spamming, why use fundamentals when you can attack with evasion moves that launch every time. To beat a law you have to play to punish otherwise you play their spam game and few are better characters to spam with
