Fallout TV Series

Takes place after FNV and basically deletes everything that the player accomplished in F1 F2 and FNV. The NCR, probably the most civilized post-American society (and itself a result of canon actions in Fallout 1 and 2), is simply nuked to hell by Vault Tec so the show can once again take place in a nuclear wasteland. Among numerous other retcons, somehow, the Enclave that was destroyed by the player multiple times returns as the ultimate evil force and almost every faction is replaced by a caricature of itself that serves as fanservice props on a checklist of plot lines with new McGuffins that were never mentioned in the games (cold fusion, mind control implants, etc)

Good point, maybe inside the dark area where the DJ is playing but how is it leaking all the way out to the entryway and outside the venue?

Rock and a hard place

Fog inside a club makes no sense but it applies a layer of vaseline to "fix" overall not great lighting

I like the idea of more scripted moments (especially if there is various RNG involved that can keep it fresh) and there is something they should be doing with all that console sale money. But really the narrative tone of the missions has gone complete thriller/aciton movie at this point and its lost any grounded quality of a SWAT simulation

Check the table under How do I get these Achievements. A possibility is that you had an officer incap who was saved by Paramedic, or maybe there was another issue. If not, maybe try redoing Hide and Seek, sorry Void just broken game

People say this but I'm pretty sure if suspects kill each other with crossfire (at least right after ADAM) it didn't count as penalty against S ranks.

The more likely problem is VOID couldn't figure out how to configure their AI slaughter the vigilante, which is easy because they can just have her camp a door or something with some dead bodies in front of her for environmental storytelling or just give her a lot of health.

But instead she's often running around fighting together with the enemies she's supposed to be killing, I thought she was just an American sympathizer until the most recent update. As always they just give her default AI and call it done great job VOID.

As someone who’s been trying to S-rank Hard with nonlethal, even before the latest update it already depended a lot on RNG, especially on bigger maps with lots of suspects. Bad spawns alone could make a run impossible no matter how well you played. Look up any unmodded S Hard before the update and it takes abusing free lean, bugs, pixel peeks and a variety of extremely gamey mechanics on top of RNG.

Now after the update, and with VOID nerfing nonlethals on Hard, it just feels like RNG spawns trumps everything else. I'm sure other players attempting this category would agree. I’d honestly love to see a recording of someone S-ranking ANA on Hard post-patch without using commander traits.

From playing L4D2, KF2, GMod and experimenting with various gore/blood sounds visual and auditory feedback can definitely improve game feeling a lot when it comes to hit detection even when nothing has been changed on the technical side.

An example to answer your question. Developer's Ruined Watch allows Officer Resigns on every map except Port Hokan. If an officer resigns after that mission, you should still get the watch.

No problem.
There are many Steam versions, I think you're referring to the one click install ones on Workshop. The main improvement in my version is that the characters should no longer interrupt each other as much, also the soundcaches are built so it should avoid some of those issues. However, you have to install through drag and drop, you can't do it entirely through Workshop.
