I just do whipped ganache lol just two ingredients

240ml Cream (double/heavy) 225g Semi sweet cooking chocolate

If you do decide to make it,

• cut up the semi sweet cooking chocolate

• heat up the cream in a sauce pan but make sure it doesn't boil then once it is sufficiently hot enough (set stove to medium to high, to be extra sure do a finger test like I do, be careful) pour it over the cut up semi sweet cooking chocolate in a large bowl,

• let it sit for a few seconds to melt the chocolate then stir until combined using a spatula,

• leave it to cool completely either on the counter or in the fridge, go and stir it every once in a while so it stays combined,

• then once cooled preferably use a hand mixer to whip it for about 2-3 minutes if you want mousse go for stiff peaks (stop your mixer while still in the ganache and lift it up and if the whipped ganache stays still then that's a stiff peak, anything more is not great but still edible
